Niki graduated with a Tertiary award of Excellence in Creativity and Design in 2001. After working for a design studio for several years, Niki established her own design business – Design by Peppi. Niki races cross country mountain bikes at an elite level and is a regular podium finisher at the Australian Champ’s. She is also a previous winner of the Australian National Series and has represented Australia at the World Champ’s in Italy in 2005. Niki’s father suffered a life-changing spinal cord injury in 1998. The accident has contributed to Niki’s passion for supporting medical research into advanced scientific understanding of brain and spinal injury.

James is currently studying at the University of Canberra and is the Editor of the Australian based ‘Enduro’ mountain bike magazine. Also a road rider and mountain biker, James races for Team Giant and was the 2006 Australian Solo 24hr Champion. James is also a patron of the Ben Mikic Foundation for Young Cyclists, established to make Australian roads safer for cyclists. James lost his mother to a road cycling accident in 2003 and is passionate about celebrating the inspirational lives of people dealing with tragedy. |
